CINNAMON RAISIN OATMEAL BITES | GLUTEN FREE
WHAT YOU NEED 1/2 cup rolled oats | gluten free
1/4 cup sorghum or Almond flour | gluten free
2 Tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon coconut oil 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon sea salt 1/3 cup raisins 3/4 cup raw pecan | optional
WHAT TO DO In your food processor combine rolled oats, flour, pecans, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, and sea salt and pulse together.
Add in raisins then use a silicone spatula to fold the mixture together.
The consistency should be thick and dough like.
All ingredients should be combined throughout the mixture. Remove your mixture from the food processor and place on parchment paper.
Use your hands or small scoop to shape dough into 1 inch balls.
These should be the perfect snack size. When done, store in the refrigerator in airtight container until you are ready to eat. Enjoy!
CHOCO BANANA NUTTY BITES
WHAT YOU NEED 1-2 fresh bananas 1 cup dates | dried & pitted 1 cup walnut* | finely chopped *use 1/4 - 1/2 cup for coating
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder | unsweetened 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Sea salt | optional
WHAT TO DO
In a food processor place all of your ingredients and pulse.
Pulse until everything is chopped and mixed. If the mixture is too dry add in a few drops of water to help it along. In a small bowl add in the 1/4 cup of chopped nuts.
Use a small scoop to shape dough into 1 inch balls then place in a bowl and roll around until covered.
Once done, place on a non-stick surface or parchment paper and continue the rolling process. When done store in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat. Enjoy!
KETO FRIENDLY “GO TEAM” PROTEIN BITES
WHAT YOU NEED 6 Tablespoons scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder | no carb
2 Tablespoons almond nut butter | unsweetened 2 Tablespoons coconut oil 1-2 Tablespoons coconut | unsweetened | grated 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder | Keto Friendly
WHAT TO DO Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until everything is combined.
Place cocoa powder and coconut in two small bowls.
Use small scoop to shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place balls in desired cocoa or coconut bowl for coating, roll around until covered completely or as desired. Once done, place on a non-stick surface or parchment paper and continue the rolling process. When done, store in the refrigerator in an airtight container until you are ready to eat. Enjoy!
